Britten: Peter Grimes

  • Cadogan Hall, London 5 Sloane Terrace London, England, SW1X 9DQ United Kingdom (map)

Tom joins British Youth Opera for their performances of Benjamin Britten’s ‘Peter Grimes’.

Benjamin Britten’s landmark opera is the story of a man isolated between the cruel gossip of the local village and the savagery of the open sea. Celebrating 80 years since its premiere, we’re pairing up with Cambridge Philharmonic for this semi-staged performance.

Established names in the three key roles are joined by the next generation of opera professionals from BYO’s advanced summer programme as well as the Cambridge Philharmonic chorus.
